This print was made from a western redcedar stump found in the Nahmint river valley on Vancouver Island. The tree was large and hollow and this print only captures a portion of the full diameter. It was an old-growth tree however the age cannot be confirmed due to the decay in the center. It is printed on a 36×48 inch stretched canvas or paper.
